From SerElla Arume
looks like we will have the first baptism here in Torino this transfer! sooooo excited! nothing better than seeing someones life change all the way around! last week we taught the law of chastity and the next visit he got rid of all the photo's he had on the computer and changed them to pictures of the temple and of Joseph smith. so cute! he was so excited to show us! we also have been meeting with this other guys Giuseppe, he said his first prayer on Wednesday! so exited for him! then this other lady that we are teaching a lady from Santa Domingo and she, after weeks of seeing her, she is starting to read the book of Mormon and is learning and asking so many awesome questions! these people are amazing! we just haven't had time to do anything!

from ella bella

...From SerElla Arume,
so heres the news of my life here in italy...you can let tara use what she wants on my blog.
We have 4 investigators right now, Omar, Roberta, Giuseppe, and Martina. I think i have mentioned them before. but here goes...Omar has a date for baptism for the second of july, His wife got baptized at the begining of this year, this will be a complete family(except their 4or5 year old daughter...way cute!)! they are from peru, super awesome and super sweet! they remind me a little bit of Ramon and Perla. I miss them too. But he is just accepting everything and doing everything he can to learn and understand these things that will for sure bring him eternal happiness! Roberta, she was someone that we found knocking on doors, she has a 5 year old son, way cute also! she is open to learning, and the last time we saw her, which was the 3rd time, she told us that she felt somethign and she would watch the restoration and pray to know if it is true, and she said if she felt that it was true that she would be baptized, so we will see where this goes! =) then Giuseppe, we met him doing Speza(grocery shopping) and he is super sweet, he has been in a couple of wars, and he has had some surgeries for his arm to get it working good...but he had like no faith, and we can see it growing! he is working on learning how to pray, but he said that everything that we have been teaching him makes sense! =) always a good sign! then Martina, she is from santa domenica, and she is making progress, and likes our visits, but she has a lot to do and its hard for her to make the time to study, but i know that if she does, she'll know that this is true...and we really need to get a member over to those lessons.

other than that, we are on the search for more people to teach, but we are really focusing on our less actives and getting to know and gaining the trust of our members. It is so AWESOME when we have members at lessons, to have their extra testimony that what we are saying is true, really helps. it always helps coming form a 'normal' person. hahaha. Its so good.
